(*) For the group dinner at the Faculty Club, we can only have the same menu for the entire group, so we decided to go for a (very nice) vegetarian menu:
- Starter: Grilled halloumi with tomato vinaigrette and olive tapenade
- Main course: Risotto with sun-dried tomato, grilled pepper, oregano and feta cheese
- Dessert: Crémeux from Callebout Gold, brownie, cocoa crumble, roasted banana and banana ice cream
- Drinks: house wine, water, coffee
Exceptions can be made for people with allergies, for vegans or special diets - please let us know in the fields above if it's the case.
