Dipl.-Ing. (Chem) Thore Perlitz is a project manager and chemical engineer with over 30 years of experience in the process engineering, contracting and project management. He has many years of leadership in interdisciplinary and cross-cultural projects and managed contracts according to VOB, BGB, FIDIC (yellow book), as well as turn-key contracts. This includes claim management, contractual risk analysis and – evaluation, proactive project controlling and the auditing of sub- suppliers. He developed and managed projects with a total value of more than 500 Mill. EUR mainly in renewables, oil and gas, green hydrogen, chemicals as well as minerals & mining projects worldwide. His special expertise is the physical beneficiation (crushing, milling, screening, flotation, magnetic separation, centrifugation, thickening, filtration and centrifugation). He applied this expertise to technical processes for elements of high supply risk and/or high importance for clean energy (REE, Tungsten, PGE, Niobium etc.) as well as for urban mining projects from industrial and municipal waste.
